Position : Warehouse & Online Operations Assistant

Job Scope :

• Packing and preparing orders
• Stock handling and inventory management
• Processing online orders
• Replying to customer enquiries
• General warehouse & admin duties

Requirements :

• Responsible and hardworking
• Able to multitask and work independently
• Basic computer / mobile skills
• No experience required (training provided)

Position : Accounts Assistant

Job description :

• Handle partial accounts
• Perform data entry for invoices and bills
• Conduct bank reconciliations and other ad hoc administrative duties
• Posting entries in Xero Accounting software system
• Handle general office administrative matters or any other ad-hoc duties

Job Requirements :

• Minimum 'O' Level qualification
• At least 1 year of experience in debit/credit and accounting
• Familiar with Xero Accounting software

Salary range : $2000 to $2500

Job description : The job requires you to have sales experience and good working knowledge of aquarium accessories and fish tank products.

Requirements : Min 2 to 3 year experience
