Position : Accounts Assistant

Job description :

• Handle partial accounts
• Perform data entry for invoices and bills
• Conduct bank reconciliations and other ad hoc administrative duties
• Posting entries in Xero Accounting software system
• Handle general office administrative matters or any other ad-hoc duties

Job Requirements :

• Minimum 'O' Level qualification
• At least 1 year of experience in debit/credit and accounting
• Familiar with Xero Accounting software

Salary range : $2000 to $2500
