Returns Policy

New return policy with effect from 1 July 2019.

N30 Tank Pte. Ltd. will gladly accept returns on items purchased online and provide full refund subject to the following conditions:

• 1. The purchase was made from our website, n30.com.sg.
• 2. The items and their packaging must be in a resaleable condition, undamaged, unopened, unused, unworn and with tags still attached.
• 3. The items are returned to N30 Tank Pte. Ltd. within 3 days of purchase.

Please note that consumables such as filter media, test kit, powders, etc cannot be returned. Consumables sale are considered final.

For items deemed subject to usage, accidental damages or misuse, a full refund will not be provided. N30 Tank Pte. Ltd. has the right to assess the condition of returned goods prior to providing a refund. In the event of any dispute, the decision of N30 Tank Pte. Ltd. shall be final and conclusive. We do not offer exchanges, so customers have to place a new order.
